Objectives:
- Describe an overview of the role of the Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board and regulation of occupational therapy in Ohio.
- Discuss the OTPTAT Board Safe Haven program and license holders’ duty report.
- Discuss recently proposed rule changes and other Board updates.
- Summarize recent enforcement actions by the Board.

About Your Speaker:
Missy Anthony is the current Executive Director of the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board. She has been with the OTPTAT Board for six years. Prior to service with the Board, she has worked in many capacities of state government, including for the Ohio House of Representatives, the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and Ohio Governor John Kasich. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of Akron and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Ohio University.
